In the upcoming film “Gentlemen Broncos”, the latest film by the Hess brothers (of Napoleon Dynamite and Nacho Libre fame), we are introduced to a character I have been eagerly awaiting: Dr. Ronald Chevalier. Dr. Chevalier is played by Jemaine Clement (Eagle vs. Shark, The Flight of the Conchords) and has had a website up for quite sometime. The character is a hilarious spoof on a generally talentless and now utterly blocked science fiction writer and left me wondering what project he was attached to. I soon found out about “Gentlemen Broncos”, but no trailer was available until recently. Take a peek!
And to kick it up a notch, Sam Rockwell is involved, as well as many comedy mainstays. Looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun!
